Cellular tracking labels for logistics

SPORBRIK

A peel-and-stick cellular tracking label for outdoor shipments. No app, no pairing, no setup — peel the liner, stick it on, and it starts reporting location and temperature over the cellular network within minutes.

How it works

01

Peel

Remove the liner. That same motion pulls a battery-isolator tab and powers the label on — no button, no switch, nothing to charge first.

02

Stick

Apply it to a parcel, pallet, or container like any other label. It's flat enough to go unnoticed and built to handle outdoor transit.

03

Track

Within minutes it attaches to the cellular network and starts reporting location and temperature automatically, every 15 minutes, for at least 7 days.

How thin is it, really?

At ~3.7–4.2mm, SPORBRIK is slim enough to blend into your existing packaging — no bulky tracker bolted on, nothing extra to manage. Peel it, stick it, and it reports on its own for the rest of the shipment.

Adhesive ~0.05–0.1mm

Total in-use thickness: ~3.7–4.2mm

Schematic, not to scale. The battery layer is what sets the overall thickness.

Roughly the height of five stacked credit cards — slim for a fully cellular-connected device with its own battery and sensor built in.

Built to disappear into your packaging

Every design decision favors simplicity for the people applying it — warehouse staff peel and stick, nothing else.

Nothing to charge, pair, or install

No batteries to swap, no app to download, no Bluetooth pairing required for the label to start reporting. Connectivity is automatic over the cellular network.

Ships ready to connect

Each label carries a pre-provisioned SIM, active from the moment it's activated, anywhere there's NB-IoT coverage in the EU.

Built for the outdoors

Weatherproof construction with an IP54 design target — made for packaging that sits outside and gets rained on, not just handled indoors.

Identifiable at a glance

Every label carries a unique QR code, scannable before or after activation, for instant lookup by warehouse staff or scanning equipment.

Straight to your dashboard

Scanning the QR code opens that label's page directly in your dashboard, where your team can assign it to a shipment or order ID — no separate app, no pairing, no manual asset numbers.

Reporting window

Day 0 · activationDay 7 · guaranteed floorDay 9–10 · typical

Reports every 15 minutes, continuously, from activation through at least day 7 — real cells typically run 2–3 days past that floor.

See your entire fleet from one dashboard

Every label reports into a web dashboard your team already has access to — no separate app to install.

GEO-GUARD ZONE±200m–2km accuracyOUT OF ZONE
⚠️

Geo-Guard alert

Label #A93F left the Rotterdam Geo-Guard zone at 14:32.

📍

Shipment arrived

Label #7C21 reported inside the delivery zone for Order #48291.

🌡️

Temperature alert

Label #B410 reports 9°C, outside the 15–25°C range set for this shipment.

🔋

Battery low

Label #E552 has about 1 day of reporting left.

Live fleet map

Every active label plotted on a map of your operations, refreshed as new reports come in. Location comes from the cellular network rather than GPS, so think 'which area a shipment is in' — accurate to roughly 200m–2km — rather than a pinpoint dot. Plenty to catch a shipment that's gone somewhere it shouldn't.

Geo-Guard

Draw a zone around a warehouse, port, or delivery region directly on the map. If a label crosses that boundary, you're notified immediately — useful for catching diverted trucks, misrouted containers, or theft.

Arrival notifications

Set a destination for a shipment and get notified the moment a label reports its position inside that area — no more refreshing a tracking page.

Temperature alerts

Each label reports ambient temperature alongside location. Set a safe range per shipment and get an alert the moment a label reports outside it.

Fleet battery health

See remaining battery life across every active label at a glance, so you know which shipments are approaching the end of their reporting window.

Scan to identify

Each label's printed QR code opens straight to its page in your dashboard. Scan it once at intake to assign a shipment or order ID — no app, no pairing, no separate scanner needed.

Built to plug into your stack

Prefer to build on top of it rather than live in a dashboard? A REST API and webhooks give your developers direct access to the same location, temperature, and alert data — so it can feed straight into your own logistics or warehouse software.

  • REST API for device, location, and shipment data
  • Webhooks for Geo-Guard, temperature, and arrival alerts
  • Scoped API keys, one per account or integration

Why logistics teams choose SPORBRIK

Disposable economics

Single-use pricing means no returns process, no reclaim logistics, no reusable-tracker fleet to manage.

Zero training

"Peel and stick" is the entire onboarding — no app to teach warehouse staff, no pairing steps to get wrong.

Built for real transit conditions

An IP54 design target means the label is meant to survive rain and outdoor handling, not just a dry warehouse shelf.

No infrastructure to install

Runs on existing cellular network coverage — no gateways, hubs, or readers to deploy at any site.
